A very attractive city
London is a very cosmopolitan city. It will surprise you with its diversity and different worlds as well as enchant you with its incredible attractions. It’s not for nothing that, for several years now, London has ranked as the most visited city in the world.
Nevertheless, it's not entirely a land of legend, a lot of rain falls on England’s capital city throughout the year. That said, temperatures are generally mild and rarely drop below 0°C (32°F) in winter, whereas during the summer they can reach 21/22° C (about 70° F) with beautiful sunny breaks.
Places to visit in Londons
With an area of 1572 sq. km., London is one of Europe's largest cities. There are so many neighborhoods to visit during a stay in Queen Elizabeth's home city!
First of all, the Westminster district is a must-see as this is where you’ll find the world-renowned Big Ben as well as a large number of religious monuments and the nation’s Parliament.
No visit to London is complete without a visit to the legendary Camden Town. Once a punk-rock and jazz district, it has retained its allure and offers tourists off-beat designs, retro clothing boutiques and live music.
The famous business district, known as “The City of London”, is another must-see. From here, you can take in some of the most magnificent views of the city.
Nonetheless, it should be mentioned that London is one of the most expensive cities in the world and it can be difficult to find affordable accommodations.
Shopping in London : so much to choose from!
The best place to go if you're looking for upmarket department stores and shopping malls is just off Piccadilly Circus. However, if your tastes are somewhat off-beat, then head to one of the most trendy districts of the capital near Covent Garden and Soho for a day of window–shopping. In the evening, stop by for a drink in one of the lounge bars in this part of London's Gay Village. If this appeals to you, then plan to also visit Shoreditch.
What we like

• The city is a shopper’s paradise
What we like less
• London is a very expensive city.
• The food! Don't expect much in the way of culinary delights.
• The climate. Too much rain.
• It's a very big city that sometimes can be difficult to get around.
